Support tickets are answered within 24 to 48 hours. Our help desk is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Mondays thru Fridays and we observe the US National Holiday schedule.

If you decide to submit a ticket, you must create an account at our support desk, and then log back in TO THE HELP DESK within 24-hours to see our response.
